If you’re at this point, there’s only one thing left to do: make your life easier. myDelska Cloud Platform is your one-stop resource for quickly ordering and deploying services.

By becoming a member of the Delska customer pool in the myDelska platform, you will gain access to an intuitive customer engagement platform that will help you to implement your desired project by providing the necessary IT infrastructure in the shortest possible time with a simple payment system (Pay As You Go). With myDelska, you can:

• Manage your contracts and services;
• Receive and pay bills;
• Create and manage virtual machines;
• Order other services at any time
• Contact technical support.

**Please note:** To prevent spamming and other malicious activity, we block outbound traffic on port TCP 25 by default. To unblock the port, you must contact the support on the myDelska platform and perform additional validation.

In which cases can additional user verification be requested?#

To ensure compliance with the rules, prevent fraud, and maintain a secure myDelska service environment, additional user verification may be required in certain situations, including but not limited to:

• An account has been registered by a person who is not listed as an authorized signatory of the company
• The provided company information cannot be automatically verified
• There are discrepancies in the submitted registration data
• Regulatory or compliance requirements require enhanced investigation
• Suspicious, unusual, or high-risk account activity is detected

If additional verification is required, we may request one or more of the following documents:

• Company registration certificate
• VAT registration certificate
• Power of attorney if the account is opened by a person who is not an authorized signatory of the company
• Valid user identification document (passport or ID card)
