Registration#

This guide shows you how to create and verify a myDelska account so you can start ordering cloud services.

How to register on the myDelska Cloud Platform#

Follow the steps below to register and set up your account:

1. Go to the Sign-up page and enter the required information, or register with your existing Google or GitHub account.
2. Read the Delska Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Register.
3. You will receive a confirmation email to complete the final step.
4. Click the unique verification link in the email and confirm your profile.

Once your email is verified, you can log in and start using the platform. Open myDelska to continue.

What are the next steps after registration?#

After registering, create a Workspace and choose the IT service you need in the product section.

myDelska products are divided into two categories:

1. myDelska online services — services you order online that are available within a few minutes, such as virtual machines.
2. Delska data center services — services requested through our business consultants, who prepare an individual offer that meets your requirements. See Enterprise Solutions for details.

Why do I have to accept the Privacy Policy?#

In the processing of personal data, Delska prioritizes transparency and security. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of our services. We require your agreement to make sure you understand these details.

What restrictions apply to new accounts?#

To prevent spam and other malicious activity, outbound traffic on port TCP 25 (SMTP) is blocked by default. To unblock the port, you must complete additional validation.

Please note: To unblock port 25, open the Support section in myDelska and submit a request.
