Terms of Service#

Last updated: April 02, 2025. This Terms of Service (“TOS”, “Agreement”) is a legal contract between “DELSKA Latvia” SIA, registration number 40003455216, legal and actual address: Čuibes street 17, Riga LV-1063 (hereinafter referred to as the “Delska”), and “Customer” – an individual who has attained legal adulthood as defined by the law of their place of domicile or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”, “your”, “you” or “User”). The TOS explains how you are permitted to use the services provided by Delska through Cloud Platform myDelska.

Acceptable Use Policy#

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) describes prohibited uses and acceptable practices relating to the use of “DELSKA Latvia” SIA, registration number 40003455216, legal and actual address: Čuibes street 17, Riga LV-1063 (hereinafter referred to as the “Delska”, “us”, “our’’) network, products, materials, online services, web page delska.com, marketing platform, and any software that Delska provides to Customer for download or use (the “Services”). The Services must be used in a way that complies with the intended purpose of the Services and the terms of our TOS, to which this AUP is incorporated by reference. Delska may modify this policy at any time by posting a revised version. By using the Services, Customer consent to be bound by the terms of the latest version of this AUP. Terms not defined herein are defined in our TOS. Customer agrees to comply with this AUP. Customer also agrees to require Customers end-users to comply with this AUP. If Customer violates the AUP or authorizes, or helps others to do so (including Customers end Users), Delska may suspend or terminate their use of the Services and delete Customers Account."

Intellectual Property#

The myDelska website (“my.delska.com”) and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, visual content, such as video, audio and others, including the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by “DELSKA Latvia” SIA, registration No. 40003455216, legal address: Cuibes street 17, Riga, LV-1063, Latvia (“Delska”), its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Latvia and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of my Delska.COM , unless and except as is expressly provided in Privacy. Any unauthorized use of the material is prohibited.

SMS Terms and Conditions#

1. Company / Brand Name#

Last updated: April 02, 2025. Delska, also known as “DELSKA Latvia” SIA, registration number 40003455216, legal and actual address: Cuibes street 17, Riga LV-1063 (hereinafter referred to as the “Delska”), provides myDelska Cloud Platform (my.delska.com), which is a cloud-based platform.

2. Description of the campaign#

A campaign subscriber is a myDelska user who registers in the myDelska Cloud Platform and is verified through a mobile phone, using the OTP code received in the text message. Once the mobile phone number is verified, the user individually chooses to receive various alerts and urgent/critical notifications. Delska aims to use a Low Volume Mixed campaign use case consisting mainly of 2FA, account notifications, customer service and delivery notification use cases. Consent is stored in the on-premise database only as long as the user deletes his profile. The amount of monthly messages will vary depending on the user’s notification settings, alerts and alerts received.
