This page explains how payment methods work in myDelska, how they are validated, and how to manage your Workspace balance.

Available payment options may vary depending on your location, card issuer, and payment provider. The payment methods available to you are shown when adding a payment method in myDelska.
Your bank may also require 3D Secure authentication to approve a payment.
A payment method is required before deploying services. It is also used to verify the Workspace and help prevent misuse.
After a payment method is added, myDelska validates it automatically. Services may already be deployed while validation is in progress. If the payment method cannot be successfully validated, services deployed in that Workspace will be deleted.
How do I add a payment method?#
You can start by configuring the service you need. When you proceed with deployment, myDelska will ask you to create or select a Workspace and add a payment method if one has not already been added.
You can also manage your payment method from the Billing section of your Workspace.
For more information about Workspaces, see Create and Manage Workspaces.
Do I need to add funds to my Workspace?#
Not always.
Depending on your Workspace billing status, you may:
- add funds in advance and use your prepaid balance;
- use services on a postpaid basis within your current billing limit.
See Billing Methods for more information about prepaid and postpaid billing.
How do I add funds to my Workspace?#
You can add funds to your Workspace at any time.
To add funds:
- Open the relevant Workspace.
- Open Billing » Overview and click Make a deposit.
- Enter the amount you want to add.
- Select your payment method and confirm the payment.
Once the payment is completed, the amount is added to your Workspace prepaid balance.
Open Billing in myDelska to add funds.
What is the minimum amount I can add?#
The minimum top-up amount is €10.
This is the minimum amount you can add to your prepaid balance and does not represent the minimum price of a service.
Where can I see my balance and payments?#
Your current balance and billing information are available in the Billing section of your Workspace.
For payments, invoices and usage details, see Billing History & Usage Reports.
Can I use my balance in another Workspace?#
No. Each Workspace has its own separate balance and billing. Funds added to one Workspace cannot be used in another Workspace.
Can I request a refund of my unused balance?#
Yes. If you no longer wish to use myDelska services, you can submit a refund request to Support for any unused paid balance.
Before requesting a refund, terminate the services you no longer need and settle any outstanding charges.
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
Bonus Credit and amounts already used for services are non-refundable.
What happens to my balance when I close a Workspace or account?#
Before closing a Workspace or account, terminate all active services and settle any outstanding payment obligations.
If a Workspace contains an unused paid balance, you can request a refund through Support before closing it. Any remaining Bonus Credit is non-refundable.
For more information about account closure and inactive accounts, see the Terms of Service.
