Accessibility Statement #
Last updated: August 1, 2025
Delska is committed to ensuring digital accessibility of its services to all users, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to provide information about services that is easy to perceive, workable, understandable and robust for everyone, regardless of their abilities or the assistive technologies used.
Compliance status #
Delska ensures compliance with the requirements of the “European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882)” applicable to digital services, in particular regarding accessible user interfaces, online service contracts and customer support tools.
As of today: The following accessibility features are used across the myDelska platform:
- Accessibility Menu (CTRL + U) that allows users to:
- Increase font size (Bigger Text)
- Adjust the spacing between letters and words (Text Spacing)
- Increase vertical line spacing (Line Height)
- Activate a reading guide (Reading Line)
- Enable a larger cursor (Large Cursor)
- Keyboard navigation across all primary user interfaces
- Screen reader compatibility for legal and service-related content
- Sufficient colour contrast and scalable layout for low-vision users
Accessible Content Principles #
We prioritize accessibility for content that relates to legal and service-critical functions, including:
- Captions for video content, where videos are used to explain services or platform usage
- Low-vision support, including text resizing, spacing controls, and compatibility with assistive tools
We ensure that all key text is clearly structured and accessible to such tools.
Audio Accessibility #
To support users who need audio-based access, all essential text content — including service descriptions, legal policies, and pricing — is compatible with screen readers and browser-based text-to-speech (TTS) tools.
Please note: myDelska does not offer built-in audio playback. Users can use tools like Read Aloud (Chrome/Firefox), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), Narrator (Windows), or TalkBack (Android) to have content read aloud.

Accessibility Commitment #
All legal documents and user guidance materials provided by myDelska, including our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and How-To documentation, are designed to be accessible by recognized accessibility standards.
Our goal is to ensure that all users, including those with disabilities, can read, navigate, and understand our content using assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and text-to-speech tools.
