Welcome to myDelska Docs!#

This is the official documentation for the myDelska Cloud Platform — the self-service platform by Delska where you order, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure yourself, with a simple Pay-As-You-Go payment model.

These guides walk you through everything you can do on the platform:

  • Create and manage virtual machines;
  • Configure networks, firewalls, backups, and monitoring;
  • Manage your contracts, services, and users;
  • Receive and pay invoices;
  • Contact technical support.

New to myDelska? Follow the four steps below.
Already have an account? Jump straight to the section you need.

Start in four steps#

  1. Sign up — create your account and confirm your email address.
  2. Create a Workspace — the environment where your services and billing live.
  3. Generate an SSH key — the secure way to reach your virtual machines.
  4. Deploy your first virtual machine — choose a plan and go live in minutes.
To prevent spamming and other malicious activity, we block outbound traffic on port TCP 25 by default. To unblock the port, you must contact the support on the myDelska platform and perform additional validation.

Account verification#

Most accounts are activated right after registration. In some cases, to comply with the rules, prevent fraud, and maintain a secure myDelska service environment, we may ask you for additional verification before your services are enabled.

When can additional user verification be requested?

Additional verification may be required in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • An account has been registered by a person who is not listed as an authorized signatory of the company
  • The provided company information cannot be automatically verified
  • There are discrepancies in the submitted registration data
  • Regulatory or compliance requirements require enhanced investigation
  • Suspicious, unusual, or high-risk account activity is detected

If additional verification is required, we may request one or more of the following documents:

  • Company registration certificate
  • VAT registration certificate
  • Power of attorney if the account is opened by a person who is not an authorized signatory of the company
  • Valid user identification document (passport or ID card)

All requested documents are used for identity and authorization verification purposes only.
